Supervision of the clean rooms is a managerial responsibility made simple by Goldplates ability to show you exactly what the overall situation really is. You can see at a glance the laboratory and prevention / corrections teams efforts and their progress as they process the day to day workloads.
Supervision
The supervision report shows where attention is required by the appropriate team. It provides an immediate review of all items still outstanding, and their status.
Prevention and Correction staff can view the overcount deatils of with the plate data and its history, associated lab data, and recommendations. They progress their 'incomplete' work list, adding the correction and preventative steps taken and any notes. Once completed, their work list is decremented, and the items status is updated to completed on the Supervision screen.
Lab Executive supervision
Optionally, a Laboratory Executive is able to review results and add notes or recommendations to the laboratory bench results. This data will show in the relevant places elsewhere in the platform.
