First, please ensure you have checked the relevant section in the on-line manual. This helps us greatly! If you still have an unexplained issue and require assistance, please contact us at support@goldplatesolutions.com. You should receive a response within 1 working day. If you have not received a response during that time, please check your spam filters and if required, resend your email.

Goldplate prides itself on the level of support it provides, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you require assistance. Standard support is included in the subscription model. Premium support for organisations that demand faster response times and priority support, is available as an economical add-on for additional peace of mind.

Please be sure to check and subscribe to our YouTube channel for video tutorials, updates, and other useful information as well as video walk-throughs of many common tasks on the platform.

Platform requirements

Goldplate is delivered to the desktop via a standard web browser, over a secure, encrypted channel. It is therefore, mostly platform independent. We do however suggest a minimum of Windows 10 and Internet Explorer, or Chrome for the best experience. The platform however should also work on MAC, Tablet, etc, or any other modern browser device, perhaps with some minor layout limitations. If you are experiencing issues with functionality or layout, please be sure to let us know your operating system version and browser type/version.
